sure what you’re in the mood for. They have everything from shrimp cocktail, jumbo peel and eat shrimp, homemade “Floribbian” Fish Dip ($9). A heavenly combo of smoked Mahi and Salmon blended with CREAM cheese, capers and secret herbs, it’s served with carrot sticks, celery, jalapeños, tomatoes and crackers. Clam strips ($9), crab legs, calamari, mussels, coconut shrimp and even escargot ($7). And more! Soup? There’s a fabulous selection of fresh made daily chowders like great white clam, lobster bisque, conch and chili with cheese and onion. A 6 oz. cup $4-5, and a 12 oz. bowl is $6-7. Specialty sandwiches and wraps are inventive and plentiful. A $9 corned beef Reuben is awesome for the money and so is their Antilles French Dip. Landlubbers will rejoice in the mile-high roast beef piled onto a hoagie with Jack cheese, Au Jus and what they call “horsey” sauce on the side. There are vegetarian dishes, and everything you love comes with a “side.” Corn on the cob, a seasoned baked potato, fries (which are so good, you cannot believe it), smashed spuds, sweet potato, onion crisps, Mudd Puppies, sautéed veggies, black beans, Caribbean Rice, and that awesome slaw. (Add a second side for just $3.)

Salads? Inventive, HUGE, crisp and fresh. And EVERY dressing — all 12, are made fresh. (The blue cheese is beyond good!) Burgers are gi-normous! ½ lb. Black Angus and for $2 more you can make it a pound! Chicken sandwiches, all kinds of “sea” dogs, and dinner entrees morph Muddy Waters easily into dining. Meat Loaf ($14), an outstanding 12 oz. Beef Strip ($21) and probably the meatiest, most succulent ribs I have ever eaten!! And the homemade BBQ sauce is actually one of the best anywhere. Add 14 beers on tap, wines, amazing specialty drinks, homemade desserts like their signature pretzel-crusted tequila key lime pie, (holy ...) and Muddy Waters really, truly is one of those places once you come, and go back to again and again. Every day has some sort of special like Irish Mondays, Jimmy Buffet Tuesdays … all the way to Shell and Shuck Weekends. Terrific place! Lunch/Dinner daily.
